Replace Sembly's meeting capture with Otter's Meeting Agent: connect the same Google Calendar / Outlook so Otter auto-joins Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls and produces real-time transcripts with speaker labels and post-meeting summaries. Export each Sembly meeting's transcript and notes (Word/PDF, or Markdown for transcripts) and re-import or archive them so historical meetings remain searchable, since Otter will only transcribe meetings going forward. Recreate any Sembly custom note templates as Otter custom summary templates (Otter gates these to Business/Enterprise).
- Warning: Otter covers Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams but does NOT natively join Cisco Webex, which Sembly supports — Webex meetings must be recorded and uploaded, or captured another way.
- Warning: Sembly transcribes 48 languages; Otter's live transcription supports a smaller language set, so non-English meetings may lose coverage.
- Warning: Sembly's Semblian document generation and AI-insight artifacts have no direct equivalent in Otter — only transcript, summary, and action-item parity transfers.
