Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 June 2026

Who we are

Dundie helps organizations consolidate overlapping AI tools and migrate teams between them. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@dundie.ai.

Information we collect

  • Contact details — your work email when you unlock an audit result or contact us.
  • Stack information you provide — the AI tools, seat counts, and spend figures you share so we can prepare a redundancy review.
  • Interview responses — the workflow details you enter when generating a migration playbook.
  • Usage events — minimal, first-party records of actions (for example, “audit run”, “result unlocked”) so we can measure and improve the service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To run your audit, prepare your report, and deliver migration playbooks.
  • To contact you about your engagement.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Our legal bases (where the GDPR applies) are your consent, our legitimate interest in operating the service, and performance of a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract — our hosting and database providers, and the AI model provider used to generate guides. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep audit leads for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Engagement and stack data is kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to our use of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@dundie.ai and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to the people who need it, and the operator dashboard is gated behind a separate credential. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices as we grow.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in while you complete an audit or view a guide. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the date above when we do, and material changes will be highlighted.
