Terms of Service

Last updated 3 June 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Dundie. By using the service you agree to them. If you are using Dundie on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

What Dundie does

Dundie provides a free AI-stack redundancy review and a paid migration service that helps your team move between AI tools. Recommendations (including which tools may be safe to consolidate) are advisory. You are responsible for the final decision to change or cancel any tool, and for verifying that a replacement covers what your team relies on before you turn anything off.

Illustrative figures

Any sample reports, metrics, or example customers shown in our marketing are illustrative and clearly labeled as such. They are not a promise of a specific result. Savings depend on your actual tools, seats, and pricing, and are estimated from the information you provide.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, overload, probe, or attempt to break the service.
  • Provide accurate information, and only data you are permitted to share.
  • Do not use the service to violate any law or third-party right.

Fees

The audit is free. Migration is billed as agreed in your order or statement of work. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every recommendation will fit every situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dundie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we will revise the date above when we do. Questions: legal@dundie.ai.
