Replace Circleback's per-meeting notes and action items with Otter's automated summaries and action items. Connect the same calendar (Google or Outlook) in Otter so the Otter Meeting Agent auto-joins the meetings Circleback used to cover, and connect Zoom/Google Meet/Teams. Otter emails a structured summary (topics, action items, highlights) to the owner and calendar guests after each call, and action items are editable and assignable inside Otter — the closest equivalent to Circleback's auto-assigned, checkable action items. Before switching, export historical Circleback notes (copy as Markdown, or webhook export) since they will not migrate into Otter.
- Warning: Otter does not have Circleback's after-meeting automations engine (conditional pushes to HubSpot/Salesforce/Linear/Notion); replicate those with Otter's Slack/Salesforce integrations or an external tool like Zapier, and some destinations will be lost.
